This pattern will be mainly used for teaching kids crochet classes this year. I teach the kids using Premier Parfait Chunky chenille yarn and a 6mm crochet hook (to make it easier for them to see their stitches). You may use a smaller crochet hook and any brand of chunky chenille yarn you like. You will also need a 3.25mm crochet hook and a small amount of cotton for the bag and a button.

Im looking for feedback in terms of mathematical and grammatical errors in the pattern. If you could please provide me with a couple of clear photos at the end of the pattern test that I can share to Instagram and on my website. The pattern will also be available for sale through my website. 

This pattern is private and confidential please do not share with anyone else. The test period is from 14th February 2025 till 23rd February 2025.

This pattern will be mainly used for teaching kids crochet classes this year. I teach the kids using Premier Parfait Chunky chenille yarn and a 6mm crochet hook (to make it easier for them to see their stitches). You may use a smaller crochet hook and any brand of chunky chenille yarn you like. You will also need a small amount of cotton for the bows and bag. The bows are optional in case you would like a boy looking bunny.

Estelle Relaxed Cardigan (Pattern Test now closed)

A local yarn store has asked me to design a garment for beginners using the Alpaca Yarns Spritz collection. The yarn is 59% Baby Alpaca and 42% Prima Cotton so has a lovely drape to it. It comes in 100g Skeins at 260m I used exactly 4 for the size small.

I will also be using this pattern to teach to my crochet students throughout the year. The Alpaca yarn is on the pricey side so would love to see it made up in other yarn options. It is a 8ply/DK weight but is on the thinner side the yarn label 22 Sts 10cm and a 3.5mm hook so look for yarn around this gauge. I did up samples with a few 8ply I had and some worked up to stiff and bulky. 

Im looking for 2 pattern testers for each size to check my crochet maths works up correctly there are bound to be a few mistakes so be prepared that you may have to make changes along the way. The sample pictured is a size small.

You will have 6 weeks to complete the pattern test final notes and photos due 20th February 2025.
