The Ember Beanie is made using 8ply DK Merino Wool I have used the Broadway Superfine Merino brand and also the Ashford DK Merino . The main part of the body uses the V Stitch which is a combination of Single Crochets, you will also need to know how to crochet in the Back Loop only for the brim.
This is a fitted style Beanie which looks great with a large Pom Pom. The measurement of the finished hat flat is 21 cm wide and 20 cm height not including the Pom Pom so would fit a head circumference of 54-56cms.
