This class is for those kids that have never crocheted before or someone that would like to go over the basics again.
You will learn in this class:
- How to hold a crochet hook
- How to attach yarn to hook with a slip knot
- Chain stitches
- Single crochet stitch
- How to finish off your work and weave in the ends
Yarn will be provided for this class including some of to take home and practice but you will need to 6mm crochet hook these are available from spotlight or Knit World. In this class we will just be learning to make squares and circles with plushie yarn. After completing this class and are comfortable with doing a single crochet stitch they can then go on to attend the kids crochet club classes making plushie animals.
There are no refunds on classes but if you are sick and unable to attend you will be issued with a credit that must be used in the following 60 days.
