PDF Storage Basket Pattern

This is a great second or third class sticking with single crochet and learning how to crochet in rounds. It uses an 8mm crochet hook and 4 50g balls of 100% wool yarn. It includes good photos of different stages of making the basket. Been a really popular class with my students.

As they won’t get to finish the basket in a two hour time frame I stop with about 15 min to go, get them to put a stitch marker in to mark where they stopped. Than we all worked on doing the two handle rows, once happy they understood how to make the handle we undid it back to their stitch marker.
